  2. Payam M Nia received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.

  3. Payam Nia has extensive experience upgrading and transferring commercial network systems, assessing and resolving technical challenges, and translating business requirements into technological solutions.

  4. Payam Nia keeps a working awareness of safety policies and regulations to guarantee that the responsibilities are carried out safely. Payam M Nia oversees the workload and prioritizes assigned projects following the input of the direct manager.

  5. Payam Nia is in charge of coordinating the interactions of complex subsystems and their associated calibrations to improve system performance and reliability. Payam M Nia possesses exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach. In addition, he is a skilled negotiator capable of collaborating with contractors.

  6. Payam M Nia used MATLAB to design and automate automatic qualification and diagnostic testing. He fine- tuned and calibrated the controller using disturbance detection algorithms, vibration measurement, and analysis tools for numerous dynamic stages.
