If you are happy with the way we do things… First of all, you submit the online enquiry form We then contact you within 1-3 business days to confirm your enquiry We will ask you pay the upfront fee because there are already suitable tutors available for you in our database. and explain to you our services and charges on the phone, if needed. Our tutor(s) will meet you at a mutually convenient time for the first lesson In summary, you can leave all the hard and tedious hunting job to us. And you can be sure that all of our tutors are excellent and professionally trained to be tutor Next

  4. There are two parts of cost 1. Annual Registration Fee $40 / year. You pay this $40 directly to us before the 1st lesson. 2. Hourly Rate (for the current rate, visit www.pec.com.au/faq.htm ) Within one month, if you are NOT satisfied with our tutor(s)? The first lesson cost with the Registration Fee $40 comes back to us prior to that lesson. For any future lessons, e.g. 2nd lesson, 3rd lesson, etc, you pay the hourly rate directly to the tutor after each lesson. Either we can swap another tutor, or you may discontinue with us and get your $40 Registration Fee back . In summary, before the 1st lesson, we will need you to pay the total of Registration Fee $40 + the 1st lesson cost We do this simply because we are confident of our quality assurance system, which has been very successful in the past few years Next
