  3. Tux PaintHow can students use this tool? • Students create unique visual representations using a variety of tools. • Versatile: illustrating stories, self portraits, story reflections, word problems, greeting cards, and much more!

More aboutTux Paint • Simple interface: • The canvas is a fixed size (no pixels or inches to worry about when making a picture) • Loading and saving images is done using thumbnails, so no filename is necessary • Simple dialogue (yes or no questions) • Entertaining interface: • Fun sound effects are played when tools are used • A cartoon penguin appears and gives you hints and information
