  2. Paul McCarthy – What it means to be an Entrepreneur • The journey of an entrepreneur will have its up and downs, its highs and lows – that is undeniable.   3. An Introduction • My name is Paul McCarthy, I’m Global Ambassador for NetLeaders. To be recognized as global ambassador is like a lifetime achievement for me. It’s a very responsible role and a role that I love.

  4. Where does the motivation come from? • What inspired me, and what made me as a person, I truly believe came from my childhood. When we were young we hadn’t got much, but my mam and dad worked night and day to provide for us. My father, he inspired me, so when I grew up, my one goal was this, to be able to provide for my family. And I’m happy to say today, and for the past few years, I’ve been able to fulfil that role. My mother and father were able to retire, I was able to look after my brothers and sister. And that for me was everything.

  5. Building A Vision • Three years ago, I saw a currency that could empower lives, and take a lot of people all over the world from poverty into a better way of living. I saw an industry that was going to explode over the next 10 years, and I said if I can play a part, I can empower lives all over the world

  6. Building A Vision • I love meeting people, I travel all over the world, showing up at all the events, sharing what I love about DasCoin, about cryptocurrency as a whole. For me, the relationships of my journey within DasCoin has been absolutely amazing. I knew that I found a home in NetLeaders, and I feel we are like one big family.

  7. Starting at zero • One particular lady who really sticks out in my mind is a lady in Thailand called Yok. She had to sell her home, and she had no home to live. She believed in me and Matheus, we travelled to Yok, we spent some time with her, we helped her grow her business, and now today she’s financially independent, and she’s building one of the biggest teams in DasCoin.

  8. For me success means giving back • When we started with the company, it was just a dream, it was a vision. And what’s happening, the vision’s being delivered. And now everybody all of the world is taking notice of what we’re doing, and for me to be a part of that journey, to be there from the start, to believe in Michael’s vision, and know he’s delivering, it’s everything.
