  2. Amy SkeltonScramble Team • When did you begin golfing? • I started 15 years ago. I realized if I wanted to see my husband on the weekends, I would need to learn to play golf. • Current or Former Profession • I work for Lockheed Martin in the Operations Excellence Field. • In what other hobbies/interests are you involved ? • I am passionate about dog rescue and spend most of my free time helping homeless pets.

  3. Amy SkeltonScramble Team • What is your favorite course to play? • There’s a course in Virginia called Royal New Kent that I loved. I’ve had the opportunity to play at several of the most famous courses in Hawaii and they were awesome, but to me the Virginia course was the best. It’s a beautiful course, set in the mountains with constant elevations and every hole is scenic. There were deer, fox, raccoons, and every critter you could imagine. It’s so relaxing there that you can’t help but play well. In Orlando, I enjoy playing at West Orange Country Club. • What is your favorite club in your bag? • Probably my 7 iron. I had a hole-in-one with it once and it’s the club I’m most consistent with.

  4. Amy SkeltonScramble Team • Have you advanced to either Semi or Final Championship level previously? If so, tell us about your experience. • This is my first time and I’m really looking forward to it. Tournaments are always fun, especially when playing with good friends. • What good luck charm or special routine will you use at the Semi-final/Final rounds? • Nope—just go out, have fun and remember—win or lose—it’s still a game. Winning is nice, but sharing the experience with friends is more important than the outcome.

  5. Amy SkeltonScramble Team • How did you become involved with the EWGA? • I have several work colleagues who were always asking me to come and play in one of the outings. Sue Polson just asked at the right time. I thought it would be fun to play golf with someone other than my husband and his buddies. It turned out I was right! • What might others be interested/surprised to know about you. • That I’m an avid animal lover. Nothing pleases me more than to know I helped save the life of a helpless animal.
