  1. History The Rotary Foundation 1978- Health, Hunger and Humanity (3-H) Grants program Sixth RI President Arch C. Klumph established The Rotary Foundation as an endowment in 1917. The Rotary Foundation was formally named in 1928 and awarded its first grant in 1929 Following Paul Harris’s death in 1947- US$1 million 18 International Graduate Scholarships 1965-Group Study Exchange program. Matching Grants projects 1985-For Rtns, peace is more than a word . It’s a philosophy. PolioPlus program was launched in 1985. 1957-the Foundation began recognition of individuals as PHFs. History Fund Development Volunteer 2001-02 / the United States and Canada • TRF established the approved structure of three senior volunteer leaders: • Regional Rotary Foundation Coordinator (RRFC) • Annual Program Fund Strategic Advisor (APFSA) • Major Gift Advisor (MGA) 2005-06 • To expand this structure to all zones and districts.

  19. 過期未交的報告Overdue Grant Reporting Reports for all grants must be received • at least every twelve months for the life of the project and • within two months of the project’s completion. • The names of overdue clubs will be updated on the RI Web site on a quarterly basis.

  20. 過期未交的報告Overdue Grant Reporting • Clubs or districts that have not reported on the use of grant funds for 21 months or more will be posted on the RI Web site. • If 30 months or more have passed since clubs or districts reported on the use of grant funds- termination of the appropriate sponsoring clubs. • TRF will be reviewing the status of reporting of districts and clubs on a semi-annual basis. • Districts and clubs that are less than 70% current and compliant with reporting requirements on two consecutive semi-annual reporting statistical analyses will be suspended from participation in the Humanitarian Grants program.

  22. The Trustees agreed not to suspend districts for failure to meet the reporting compliance of 70 percent until April 2008. World Reporting Statistics March 2007 * Grant reporting increased by 10% and overdue grant reports were reduced by 10% between September 06 and March 07
