The Role field decides if you will request and receive feedback as a learner, or be prompted to provide feedback as an Instructor. • Click Sign Up to create a new account for yourself. • You are given a username, and a button to copy it to clipboard.   8. Under the app links, follow the web link to log in to T-Res automatically through your browser, where you will be prompted to sign the Terms of Service and Business Associate Agreement.

  10. Evaluations begin with an activity saved by the learner As a learner, Enter a New Activity. Some fields are large lists that can be expanded.

Evaluation & Private journal Self Evaluation Scalesallowresidents to evaluatetheirlearningexperience : N/A - 5 The PersonalExperienceis a reflexiveexercisesharedwith the preceptor Don’tforget to check it to request the evaluation to be sent to the staff youselected The Private Journal activity is not an evaluation and is for tracking a user's private, personalized data.

  12. Saving When the activity is ready, use one of the Save options. • Save - Go to the View Activities page • Save and New - Go to a new blank activity  • Save and Duplicate - Go to a new activity with all settings copied over from this one tap a Pending evaluation

  13. The Instructor will instantly receive a notification if they have the T-Res mobile app. The activitiessubmitted by the residents are nowshowing as a list on the staff front page

  14. Reviewing the evaluation The preceptor selects the pendingevaluation, new fields are shown in white Save and learnerwillreceive an instant notification complete the evaluation and notify the resident Commentscanbeexchanged and trigger a discussion

  15. Reports and Data Mining For Instructors and Learners Once reviewed the evaluationismarkedcomplete in the resident’s log book On the Web portal, Reports show their T-Res data http://t-res.net | support@t-res.net | 1-866-694-2323

  16. Many reports have been created and customised to eachProgram’sneeds. Click Subscribe to have a report automatically and regularly sent to your email address.
