Oracle Chart of Accounts: (cont.) • Task • Every Project must have at least one Task assigned to it, but may have multiple Tasks • Using Tasks allows for greater precision in defining how money is spent or allocated • Source • The four-character state index code to which the transaction will be posted • The index code maps to the state fund Kansas State University
