Updates • All MOUs are signed • We have only transitioned PACAF • Working with AFMC, AFSOC, and USAFE to Discuss Transition • Manpower/Funding Issues: • All manpower to support MAJCOM A6 workload transfers agreed upon and currently being input to the UMD (except PACAF) • Funding: Trying to ID funding source(s) to support shipping costs for record sets, TDYs, etc. • Manpower in place + 30 days (training) to enable MAJCOM transfers

AFCA/EASP MAJCOM Publications and Forms Branch Performs Air Force centralized pubs & forms management for MAJCOMs Workload Description: AFCA/EASP Workload: Provide guidance and procedures to process products through AFCA/EASP Support a Web site for restricted (FOUO) pubs (until AFDPO’s is operational) Initiate Biennial Reviews Process Pubs/Forms Packages for MAJCOM A-Staffs Design forms for MAJCOM A-Staffs Design forms for subordinate units at 39 installations assigned to AFSPC, USAFE, and AETC -- part of their MAJCOM/A6 common user workload Create and maintain record sets MAJCOM A6 Residual Workload: Continue OPRs/SMEs responsibilities, author publications, and manage HOIs How We Help You

  5. In Our Job Jar • Participate in Records Management SAVs for AFMC, AFSOC, and USAFE (pending funding) • Provide Training Support for Base Pubs/Forms Managers

Way Ahead • 4 May 2009 AFCA was aligned under AFSPC as AFCA • 15 July 2009 – Change of command; AFCA becomes Air Force Network Integration Center (AFNIC) under Air Force Space Command • Begin Transition of AFMC/AFSOC/USAFE: Complete-1FY10 • Other MAJCOMs to follow – Complete-4FY10 • Review the transitioned MAJCOM’s pubs/forms for currency • Manpower in-place + 30 days (training) • Continue to use AFCA/MSTC to resolve issues
