UG Affairs Office

  • UF-wide leadership for, and oversight of, UG and Professional academic programs, advising, and academic support services

  • Promote excellence in teaching and advising, and lead efforts to provide a challenging and engaging learning environment

  • Coordinates with other UF offices to develop UF policies and procedures to ensure compliance with State regulations – reports on compliance to state agencies

  • Academic Affairs liaison to Faculty Senate on all UG academic issues, including the University Curriculum and General Education Committees

  • Develops and coordinates review processes for curriculum development

  • Reviews and approves proposals for all changes to UG curriculum

  • Performs audits for universal tracking system and graduation requirements

  • Administrative oversight of CPET, CUR, HHMI Science for Life, Honors, McNair, OAS, ROTC

  • Administers a number of scholarships
