  7. Is khadi handloom product? Khadi must be handloom. It is only spinning by hand.

  8. History of Khadi We found Khadi since ancient period. Hand woven crafts were available from that time.

  9. Some people got information of Khadi in Mohenjo-Daro civilization which was based in Sindh. Presently located in Gujarat and Rajasthan.

  10. During British period Mahatma Gandhi ji had given a new form of Khadi. He made it main tool of Freedom. And it became “India’s Own Textile”

  11. After 1947 Khadi becomes less popular.
