2. 小外形封装晶体管焊盘的设计. 在 SMT 中，小外形封装晶体管 (SOT) 的焊盘图形设计较为简单， 一般来说，只要遵循下述规则即可。 ①焊盘间的中心距与器件引线间的中心距相等； ②焊盘的图形与器件引线的焊接面相似，但在长度方向上应扩展 0.3mm ，在宽度方向上应减少 0.2mm ：若是用于波峰焊则长度方向 及宽度方向均应扩展 0.3mm 。 使用中应注意 SOT 的品种，如 SOT-23 、 SOT-89 、 SOTl43 和 DPAK 等， SOT 焊盘图形如图 3-18 所示 。. 图 3-18 SOT 焊盘图形.

  3. 3.PLCC焊盘设计PLCC封装的器件至今仍大量使用，但焊盘设计中经常出现错误，并导致焊接后焊料不能完全包裹“L”引脚的下沿， PLCC焊盘图形如图3-19所示。PLCC焊盘图形如图3-19所示。LCCC封装的焊盘图形和PLCC焊盘图形相似，设计时可参考图3-19。
