The Member Exchange unlocks the expertise and resources of nearly 20,000 chief executives around the world. It is a free, strictly confidential service open to CEO, EO, WPO, YPO, YPO Alumni and YPO Spouses. Each day, members work small miracles for each other. They find life-saving medical care for loved ones, give each other’s children jumpstarts in careers, and even solve those business or personal problems. We connect thousands of members each and every year!
Key Points to Member Exchange: • Database of over 20, 000 members consisting of CEO, EO, WPO, YPO, YPO Alumni and YPO Spouses. • Receive requests via website www.m2mx.com (which comes directly to us and has a form to fill out). Members will use their YPO username and password. We also receive requests via email to support@m2mx.com. Members are more than welcome to call in for questions 972.587.1615 • Process any type of request except for illegal or solicitation • Requests come to a Request Coordinator where they will search the database for a targeted group of members who will best be able to answer their question. • This is not an e-blast but the requests go out to 20-30 targeted members. We do process a request up to 3 times. • Access and participation in the Member Exchange is automatic when you become a member • There is NO charge to use the site – it is a member benefit (it is included in your International dues) • M2Mx is a member driven networking service, the Exchange provides the connections • Responses from the member experts are purely voluntary; members may charge for his/her services. If they do, they need to disclose fees upfront
Membership responsibility: • Completion of your Skills Profile (questionnaire of business, personal, health, and medical experiences) is quick and easy and online. • The integrity and the successful connection of members with each other is solely dependent upon the data that is stored in the confidential Member Exchange database

When member logs in it will take him/her to their homepage where they can Submit a Request, Update Profile or Evaluate Requests.
Subject: This is the title or topic of your request. • Request Details: Your verbiage needs to be concise and to the point. • It is recommended that you begin with what type of assistance or information you are requesting. • Then include any details that you think may be pertinent, being as brief as possible, detailed details can be shared after initial contact. • Be sure to include any pertinent deadlines. • Attachments: Supporting documentation, pictures, etc. • Request Type: • Business - Member Feedback: Your request will be sent to members who have indicated experience with your request topic in their M2Mx Skills Profile. • Personal - Member Feedback: Your request will be sent to members who have indicated experience with your request topic in their M2Mx Skills Profile. • Health - Member Feedback: Your request will be sent to members who have indicated experience with your request topic in their M2Mx Skills Profile. • Hospital Referral: Your request will be sent to PinnacleCare for processing. • Hospital Referral & Health - Member Feedback: Your request will be sent to PinnacleCare for processing, plus your request will be sent to members who have indicated experience with your request topic in their M2Mx Skills Profile. • *Urgent: You consider your request to be very time sensitive. • *Anonymous: This should only be selected for the most sensitive of situations. The Member Exchange is a Forum Confidential environment. Your request would only be sent to members who have indicated the same experience in their Skills Profile. By selecting anonymity you preclude the personal interaction that Oers value most. • Note: Anonymous requests are not responded to as well as regular requests. • Targeting Instructions: This is a free text area. Please type specific instructions that will direct your Request Coordinator in the processing of your request. Please include any geographical requirements, etc. Ex: I only want to network with people in the San Francisco area who have dealt with my issue or I am only interested in dealing with members in the Plastics Industry.
Section 2 does not have to be filled out. You can only pick one chapter in each dropdown. • This is so we do NOT send to members in that area or chapter. Again this is just for the Request Coordinator.
Step three: Medical Information • Required only if you choose any of the following as the “Request Type”: Health – Member Feedback, Hospital Referral, Hospital Referral & Health - Member Feedback
Once you select continue on the previous page it will bring you to the profile. IT DOES NOT HAVE TO BE FILLED OUT. This is only to help the Request Coordinator.(Each category will expand)
Once the member selects “Submit Request” they HAVE to wait on the confirmation page. Sometimes it may take a couple of seconds.Once they receive the confirmation page the request has been sent.
When the request is processed the member will receive a confirmation email stating that we have processed their request.Example of confirmation email: Hello Amber,Your request has been processed. Replies will be posted on the site and e-mailed to askipper@ypo.org.If you do not receive the assistance that you need within the next few days, please let us know. After a request has been submitted and processed you will receive an email to evaluate your request after 15 days. Click on the link and it will take you here where you simply select Evaluate Request.
