  2. Pamela Zalubowski is a dynamic professional with many resourceful qualities. She has over thirteen years of hands on experience in a top notch manufacturing environment. Having worked at various positions with different organizations, Pamela has developed excellent communication and inter-personal skills, brilliant supervisory capabilities, and remarkable follow up techniques to successfully direct a team in a lean manufacturing environment.

  3. Pamela Zalubowski has a stellar academic background. She received her Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin in the year 1999. After completing her degree with a 3.8 GPA, she did a certification course in Project Management from UWM, Milwaukee with a 4.0 GPA. Pamela embarked on her professional journey in the in the year 1990 by working with SNAP-ON TOOLS, which is a world class manufacturer of professional automotive and industrial tools and equipments. She worked with this organization for almost a decade and left the company in the year 2000. She then joined CHRYSLER CORPORATION in that very same year, which is a leading automotive company that supports world class solutions to meet the diversified needs of the customers. She joined the company as a Production Control BOM Specialist and owing to her persistent efforts, meticulousness, and outstanding performance, she was promoted three times during her tenure ship.   5. After completing ten successful years, she left the company in 2010 as a Material Handling Supervisor. Presently, she is working as a Supervisor in Machining at Harley Davidson in Menomonee Falls, WI, which is a top notch All American motorcycle company. Here she is staffed to support surge requirements, manage maintenance activities within department, and supervise the flywheel department.
