  2. Pamela Zalubowski is an experienced professional who has diverse experience of working in a manufacturing environment. She has vast experience in managing customer and supplier relations, project management, and supervisory jobs. She is assertive, resourceful, and skilled professional who knows well how to plan, time up, and follow. She has expertise in delivery, cost, quality, safety, and employee morale. She has been efficiently directing teams in a Lean manufacturing environment for more than 13 years and specializes in value stream mapping, Lean Manufacturing, layered process audits, SAP, and practical problem solving methodology. With her extensive knowledge of production operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, she has proven herself at every where she worked.

  3. Pamela Zalubowski started her career in 1990 when she joined SNAP-ON Tools, a leading manufacturer and distributor of professional automotive and industrial tools and equipment in Kenosha, WI. She worked there for almost a decade and managed the purchasing, expediting and inventory control. Her job responsibilities involved corresponding with over 120 suppliers and offering customer services to government contract divisions, regional offices, industrial representatives and dealers, and international sales departments. She was recognized and appreciated by management for proactive approach in maintaining current delivery information on open orders that were incorporated into entire supply chain function. In order to increase the productivity and efficiency, she developed a spreadsheet to track supplier's correspondence.

  4. Later on, in 2000, Pamela Zalubowski joined Chrysler Corporation, an automotive company in Kenosha, WI. She joined the company as a production control specialist and managed all new product lines such as line retools, pilot builds, and launching new products. Due to her excellent performance, she was promoted as Manufacturing Engineering launch specialist. She tracked the progress of projects and communicated the status of projects to all functional areas inside as well as outside the plant. After three years, she became Production Control Planning and Timing Supervisor and was responsible for supervising BOM specialists, Scheduling and Outbound product shipments. In 2008, she was promoted again and became Material Handling Supervisor. She was the front line supervisor for shipping, receiving, and production areas. After working for Chrysler Corporation for 10 years, she is now working as Contract Supervisor in machining for Harley Davidson, an American motorcycle company.
