It has a population of around 1.3 million, and the most densely populated areas are the Merrimack River Valley from Concord to Nashua and Seacoast region from Rochester to Portsmouth. The four counties in these Southern New Hampshire areas account for 72% of the state population. The River Valley region accommodates 30% of the state population, with the two most populous communities, Manchester and Nashua. In contrast, the northern portion of New Hampshire is very sparsely populated. Interesting Facts About New Hampshire The state has most residents with French, French-Canadian, and Acadian ancestry. Tourism is the major component of the state's economy. The largest sectors contributing to the economy are real estate, professional business services, manufacturing, government services, and healthcare. New Hampshire levies property tax but does not have a comprehensive income or sales tax framework. The private sector employs 86% of the workforce in the state.

  2. Many Southern New Hampshire realtors offer their services in the most vibrant cities, Manchester, Portsmouth, Hudson, Nashua, and Concord. Nashua is one of the best places to live in America, as per the survey of Money Magazine. The city experiences a four-season humid continental climate with long snowy winters and humid summers. It has natural beauty in a peaceful setting with low crime rates and good economic and educational prospects.
