  2. Philanthropist in GCC His career as an industrialist began in 2007. In Bahrain, he began work on his visionary project, Ascon Control WLL, a full-fledged switchgear manufacturing company. In the year 2021, the plant moved to its own location in Bahrain's Al Mazraa Industrial Park. Jens Martensson Mr. Nair enjoys enormous philanthropic acclaim in India and the GCC. His interests are not simply limited to business;he also takes a leading role in humanitarian efforts & worthy causes.   3. Amad Group In the year 1998, Pambavasan Nair launched a trading firm called Amad Baeed Establishment in Saudi Arabia. The Company quickly became well- established throughout the Kingdom within a couple of years. In order to expand, he opened an office in Bahrain in 2001. Currently, Amad has a group that is expertly managed, with a technically skilled, capable, and dedicated sales team managing the diverse customer requirements.
