  4. Transcripts • Unofficial transcripts are mailed home every October to all 10th-12th grade students. • Check the transcript for: • Credits earned toward graduation • CUM GPA – Cumulative GPA. This is the GPA students report on college & scholarship applications. • YTD GPA – Year to Date GPA. YTD is the GPA for each year of high school. • GPA’s are updated at the end of the semester. • Rank

The Tucker Process • Transcript Request – 10 SCHOOL days, scores sent • Secondary School Report – attach to the transcript request • School form example 1 – JMU “Secondary School Report Form” • School form example 2 – VT “High School Counselor Supplemental Form” • Supplement to the Common App. - 2012-13 Common Application School Report Form • Letter of Recommendation • Brag Sheet/Self-evaluation – complete & submit to School Counselor (can be sent via email) • Mid-Year Transcript Request • Final Transcript Request
