  2. CI Wave 1 Care Analysis - Field Engineering Contrast Steve Coates EEI score continues to follow an upward glide path from when the CI team became engage from Q1 (CI wave 1). Comparatively, within Steve’s peer the Care EEI score either drops or marginally increases between Q1 and Q2 13/14. This goes some way in showing that teams who under go CI do benefit from better engagement within the BU’s, often reflected within their EEI scores
