建立全國第一個 學習元件庫. 圖書資訊館. 將資訊技術和教學結合可以讓學習發揮無限可能，學習元件就是其中一例。應用科技將教材打包成符合國際 SCORM 標準的教材元件，藉由創作可重覆使用的學習元件，提昇教學品質，並讓教師將節省下來的時間用來經營課程。圖書館除了和廠商合作外，也輔導本校教師將錄製的課程製作成教學元件，成果如下所列。 ．與 空中英語教室 合作製作英語數 位學習元件 900 件 ．與 LiveABC 合作製作英語數位學 習元件 984 件 ．與 巨匠電腦 合作製作資訊數位學 習元件 248 件
