This project was carried out for Oxfam-KEDV. It aimed to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the current state of the care economy in Turkey (including different types of care such as childcare, eldercare, care for persons with disabilities, patients, etc.). The project sought to propose policy options that could help establish more sustainable, accessible, and adequate care services and to transform the care economy into a more enabling and sustainable economy that offers decent work opportunities, particularly for women.
