  6. Lewisham College EDI Level 2 Technical Theatre – Lighting Central Sussex College Level 3 subsidiary diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Using ABTT to deliver the EDI qualification…plus much more non-academic training Future plans Current Scheme(s)

  7. Other initiatives Working with ATG Work Experience with other bodies such as National Theatre, ENO, Lyric W6, Curve etc

  8. The challenges Monitoring & mentoring requirements Persuading them that they WANT to go to college The relevance of the EDI qualification Teaching them to be “employees”
