  2. Suresh thimiri My present company has been an excellent learning opportunity for me to grow and I developed my skills and experience in numerous different ways. I started my career dealing with local walk in customers and grew in the position of Regional Senior Executive where I was dealing with worldwide customers and offices. I got the opportunity to travel to locations to provide trainings on the business plan, customer handling and regional operations. I learned a great deal about handling customers overall. My previous roles were not customer-facing so it was great to have the chance to develop this area of my experience.

  3. Suresh thimiri My most important responsibility is to achieve quality in the service provided. We needed to ensure that all the inquires, requests were handled, being processed and established to the customer needs.

  4. Suresh thimiri Suresh thimiri Building strong relationship and communication was also a part of job. Among other responsibilities I help to control office inventory, international shipments and liaise with other offices accordingly.

  5. Suresh thimiri I have matured as an individual and my experience of working with others – both colleagues and customers – has contributed a lot to my interpersonal skills. I’m always open to input, ideas and suggestions and consider myself to be very approachable in that respect. I realize the importance of motivating myself or my staffs is to deliver their best. I’m tactful and diplomatic when dealing with potential problems; I believe a lot more can be achieved through communication.

  6. Suresh thimiri Having built up a broad range of experience, I am now looking for a new challenge that will provide me the opportunity to further develop my career.
