  3. Install Battery & Check Install Battery & Check F Fuse use • Note there are two different battery configurations • Check fuse • Remove the plastic caps from battery terminals • Place red wire onto positive terminal • Place black wire onto negative terminal

  4. Check / Fill Engine Oil Check / Fill Engine Oil • Check engine oil levels • Refer to manual for correct engine oil weight • Fill if needed

  5. Check / Fill Gasoline Check / Fill Gasoline • Only use unleaded gasoline with 10% alcohol or less as stated on the warning label below fill cap

  6. Connect Hoses Connect Hoses • Make sure the inlet screen is in place on the low- pressure inlet • Low-pressure inlet is a ¾” garden hose thread • Connect water supply hose (water supply should be 20-PSI at 5-GPM minimum) • Connect high-pressure hose to pump outlet and spray gun • Turn on water supply • Water sensor will turn off engine off if no water is present

  7. Turn on Turn on F Fuel and Adjust Choke uel and Adjust Choke • Turn fuel switch on • Adjust choke - position will vary depending on engine temperature; CHOKE position for cold engine / RUN position when engine is warm

  8. Turn Engine Control Switch On Turn Engine Control Switch On • Turn the engine control switch to the on position

  9. Push Start Button Push Start Button • Press and hold START button until engine starts • Do not hold for any longer than 5 seconds if the engine does not start

  10. Testing the Water Sensor Testing the Water Sensor • If the machine has a proper water supply and will not start, disconnect and bypass the water sensor then try to start the machine • If the machine starts without the water sensor connected, the sensor may be bad. 1. Disconnect the water sensor by unplugging the red water sensor wires from the black engine wires 2. Connect the black engine wires to bypass the water sensor
