What We Learned • Reporting is even more important than we thought. • Even the most successful stations have problems. • Our biggest problem, participation, is not typically the biggest issue for others. • Artists are struggling due to no one paying royalties. • Money is a major issue. • We are one of very few to have automation. • Inspiration can come from anything. • Internal fighting causes the biggest problems for a station.

How These Things Will Help • Gain new perspective to our problems • More rotation being played and reporting will get us noticed by promoters. • Music is key to a station’s success and without a constant influx of new music it will fail. • Image is everything; regardless of what is going on, we need to appear professional from the outside. • We need to have live music events, which means partnering with CUB! • Getting involved with community, local businesses, highschool
