  5. Tips to Report Writing • Professionalism is the name of the game. • In all things, be consistent • Use the most basic terms. • Tests: • Tests have specific names and acronyms. Do not make up your own. Double check if needed.

  8. Parts to a Report: Old Info • Header: Where is the report coming from? • Client info: Who is the report about? • Reason for Referral: Why did they come? • Background Info: What happened before they got to your office? • Previous Test Data: What did someone else find out?

  12. Psychometric Summary Tables • Each table in YOUR psychometric summary at the end of your report needs to be formatted the same way. • As my example tables have different types of formats then you will need to make alterations to the table to make them work.
