  2. WP1 Objectives • Ob1.1. Monitoring and handling of the cost and budget situation and provide an early-warnings system. • Ob1.2. Information distribution: keep partners, and the ACP Secretariat, fully informed about the project status. • Ob1.3. Scientific and co-ordination issues, the work planning (adjustments) and all other issues which are important and relevant to the partners to achieve transparency, synergy and interaction of the consortium.

  5. kick-off meeting The kick-off meeting will be dedicated to • definition of managerial aspects of the project • setting-up of Scientific committee of the project - able to validate the results of each WP taking into consideration results of the Quality Control activity (WP6) • Setting-up of Steering Committee - involved in the project management. Each partner will be represented by one person in these committees

  10. 1.1 CoBaSys Risks Lack of trust of institutional actors from involved countries to cooperate on fighting HIV in the CobaSys Framework Problem caused by burocracy and Institutional administration Some partners of the consortium are not willng to collaborate. Lost or rubery in the Archieves

Create a Steering and a Scientific Committee The kick-off meeting will be dedicated to • setting-up of Scientific committee of the project - able to validate the results of each WP taking into consideration results of the Quality Control activity (WP6) • Setting-up of Steering Committee - involved in the project management. Each partner will be represented by one person in these committees Our proposal is that all the Reppresnetative person of the partners here present will be members of both Scientific and Steering Committee. Moreover we suggest to include in the Scientific Committee higly qualified Scientific supervisor able to provide an external review of scientific content produced by coBaSys
