  1. Study of nonlocal correlations in macroscopic measurement scenario SamirKunkri MahadevanandaMahavidyalaya Barrackpore, West Bengal

  2. Motivation • In our everyday experience all the physical phenomena satisfy the laws of classical physics. • But in the microscopic world follows the rules of quantum physics. • The description of quantum and classical physics both are conceptually and mathematically different. when and how do the systems stop behaving quantum mechanically and begin behaving classically? We will address this question in the context of the correlation.

  3. Correlation

  4. Bell-CHSH Inequality

  5. Our work When and how do the non-local correlations transforms to the local correlations? Any reasonable theory ( quantum or post-quantum) should recover classical physics In the Macroscopic level

  6. Macroscopic Experiment

  7. Quantum correlation & Macroscopic Measurement • Bancal et al. (Phys. Rev. A 78, 062110 (2008).) have studied the violation of Bell inequalities of entangled state considering a general multipair scenario. • The nonlocality of the quantum entangled state decreases in this multipair scenario with the increases of the number of independent entangled pair. • Thus classicality emerges at the macroscopic label. Is it true for all the post-quantum correlation?
