Future applications • WHF District Heating Strategy • We have community support and in partnership we have identified opportunities for district heating systems that could supply private housing and make use of a combination of renewable technologies. • We believe such a system could alleviate fuel poverty and achieve significant carbon savings. • We have submitted an application for a strategy grant which will identify potential groupings of dwellings and collect data necessary for feasibility study grant applications.
