How To Create Signature In Outlook? • Click File > Options. • In the Outlook Options box and choose mail option, then select Signatures • Select New to create a new signature in the Signatures and Stationery dialog box, • Enter a name for the new signature, and then select OK • In the Edit signature department, compose your signature.
