This is where we come in. We will worry about the waste, how its disposed of, education of staff, Negotiating of contracts, research of companies, etc. • By obtaining an Environmental Consultant, Clearwater advisors would be able to tailor programs that would fit your needs. Creating programs that generate a revenue stream and or are cost negative or cost neutral. • Clearwater Advisors will do the education for your staff for both new programs and conduct required annual education programs according to the environmental standard of joint commission and other regulatory agencies such as the DEP, EPA, etc. • Clearwater Advisors do all of the research for new vendors and negotiate your contracts to better fit your needs and the needs of the hospital • When the job is over, our work does not end there. Most of our programs will be able to run on their own with very little monitoring. We will do monthly monitoring of these programs to ensure that the programs are running as proposed. Monthly and quarterly reports will be generated and provided to the facility. Programs that are showing signs of distress we will evaluate them and fix any issues that may arise. • Will create programs that are self sustaining. • Programs that Clearwater Advisors put into place have a minimum cost savings of 10% the first 6 months. These projections will vary.
