What do you mean I’m a consultative student? • Did not score proficient on all four parts of the English proficiency test. • Qualify for support from the ESL department • Tutoring • Monitoring (report cards, progress reports) • Parent/Teacher contact • Advising (grades, family, life situations) • Qualify for modifications on EOGs and in class • If your teacher sees you need it • Extra time, read aloud, translating dictionary
