  4. Allow use of songs for $10,000 a year to be re-negotiated each year. • Potential of up to a few million a year after proven song base. • Will have a featured download section for S.O.B. Music to get the word out

  5. Website Commerce • More than just CD’s on-line, songs too. • MP3 format songs for only 25-50 cents • Pay through secured server and download whatever songs you want for the given price. • Total cost of songs on a CD will be less than the CD.

  7. S. O. B. Publishing • Same as normal Publishing companies • Affiliated with ASCAP • Give rights to KaZaA to distribute as per negotiated fee

  8. Concerts • A portion of our operating budget will come from tours and concerts • Tours will be used to promote the bands and groups • Concerts are hosted by venues who have relations with S.O.B. Records
