  2. Job Summary JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a passionate tester who will thrive in a team-oriented culture. If you have a mind for testing and enjoy finding software bugs than this job is for you.You will be involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including requirements definition, test design, documentation, execution, and roll-out. Ideal candidates have the ability to understand a project and to envision a detailed test approach. Will possess the initiative, flexibility, and enthusiasm to execute that testing. Will value the importance of manual testing of new features because it provides the detailed experience and the depth of product knowledge necessary for effective automation. They have automation skills that will be applied to the development of an automated regression library capable of efficiently assuring a quality product. Major duties and qualifications Responsibilities Essential Functions: • Ability to quickly acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge • Design develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases • Develop, execute, and maintain automated testing for desktop and mobile in a Selenium and Visual Studio framework • Participate in the complete software development life cycle including analysis, design, test execution, test automation and operational rollout • Maintain efficient and timely communication between test, development, and product teams • Adhere to company procedures for proper execution of compliance, training and regulatory duties • Software test design and execution • Any other duties as applicable to the position

Required Qualifications Skills/Abilities Qualifications • 1-3+ years’ experience in software quality assurance with web applications • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. • Practical knowledge of SQL is a plus • Practical knowledge of programming in C#, .NET, Java, or other web development languages • Experience with Visual Studio • Development, execution, and maintenance of functional, performance, and stress testing • Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycles • Ability to quickly acquire and apply new technical and industry knowledge • Strong written and verbal communication skills Education Requirements Computer Science Degree or some knowledge of coding.
