Entstehung eines Lehrgangs „Regionales Gesundheitsmanagement für Gesundheitsförderung und Primärprävention“ • FGÖ-Arbeitsprogramm 2008 sieht die Region als prioritäres Setting • Um Bestehendes zu unterstützen und Neues zu initiieren, soll Bildungsangebot gestellt werden (analog anderen Settings) • Pilotlehrgänge in 3 Regionen mit 3 Anbietern (Heterogenität der Region – Heterogenität der Lehrgänge) • Hauptzielgruppen:- Ehrenamtliche Gesunde Gemeinde-Verantwortliche oder MitarbeiterInnen aus der Gemeinde- MitarbeiterInnen, LeiterInnen von Gefö-Projekten in Gemeinden, Regionen

Lehrgangsziele • Personen im regionalen Setting befähigen, um Projekte auf hohem Niveau zu planen und zu initiieren. • Theoretisches Basiswissen über Grundlagen und Prinzipien der GEFÖ • Wissen und „Handhabung“ von Elementen und Instrumenten des Projektmanagements. • Praktische Umsetzung dieses Wissens in eigene GEFÖ-Projekte • Lernen an Hand der eigenen Projekte – Reflexion • Ausrichtung an den spezifischen Bedürfnissen der TeilnehmerInnen

  4. Lehrgangsinhalte – 6 Module • 1 Gesundheit, Gesundheitsentwicklung, Gesundheitsförderung • 2 Gesundheitsmanagement • 3 Gesundheitsmanagement in Gemeinden • 4 Projektberatung I • 5 Projektberatung II • 6 Reflexion und Präsentation • Aufbaumodul: Projektmanagement II und Vertiefung Projektentwicklung

  5. Aktueller Stand Lehrgang Nord Ost • Modul 6 im Dezember / 7 im März • 16 TeilnehmerInnen aus Bgld, NÖ, OÖ, Slzbg – kein Abbruch • 13 konkrete Projekte • Hoher Gruppenzusammenhalt, Vernetzung, Peergruppen – Nachhaltigkeit • Derzeit Evaluierung
