The Role of the CFO • Planning and Analysis Balance sheet forecasting, Budgeting, Risk Capital, Market sizing, Competitive analysis, Management reporting, Other business management analytics • Treasury Funding / Placements, Limits monitoring, Liquidity and Balance sheet management, Share Repurchase program, Transfer Pricing, Interest Rate Exposure, Hedging, Capital, CECM, A/L Committee (ALCO), Regulatory and Rating Agency Compliance • Strategy / M&APortfolio strategy & market prioritization, country review, inorganic v. organic growth prospects, M&A transaction management

FMA Program Structure • FMA Classes are comprised of MBA campus hires and internal • FMAs are hired into one of five regional hubs: U.S., Latin America, Europe, Asia and Japan • Four week training program to commence in August • 18 month rotational program - three, six months each • Each FMAs will do two rotations in their region of hire and one ‘international’ rotation as an option • It is the expectation that all FMAs return to their hub of hire for full-time placement

Summer Program Structure • 10 to 12 weeks in length – working in one group/function • Opportunities in: • New York • London • Asia • Mentors: • SAs will be assigned to both a junior and senior mentor • Networking Opportunities: • Many formal and informal events for all SAs • Open door policy for SAs • Reviews: • Mid-summer and end of summer review • Each SA will present their summer project(s) to peers and members of the management committee

  9. Recruiting – Global Hubs EMEA: 3-5 United States: 26-28 Japan: 1 Latam: 2 Asia: 2 Target class size of 35 (estimate)

Recruiting Process • Full-time FMA Program • Total global class size target 35 (estimate)Full-time on-campus recruiting efforts will focus on:New York, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Japan • Candidates select their region of interest when applying • Timeline: • September 20: Management Associate Campus presentation • September 21: Corporate Finance Forum – FMA presentation • September 27: Resume Deadline • October 17: First round interviews on campus (2nd yr MBAs) • November 2: Final round interviews (in New York)Mid – November: Offers extended • Summer FMA Program – We’ll be back on campus!
