  12. Present perfect tense Since We use since with the present perfect tense to refer to the starting point of an action. I have studied at this school since2010. starting time 2010 Now 2018 (2010 is a point of time, not a period of time.)

  21. Yet In the Present Perfect tense, we use yet with questions or negative (no) sentences. We put yet at the end of the sentence. Have you eaten the apples yet? (question) ‘Yet’ goesat the END of the sentence or question. No, I haven’t. I haven’t eaten the apples yet. (negative)

  22. Already In the Present Perfect tense, we use already with positive (yes)sentences. To say that something happened before now. Put alreadybefore the main verb. Have you eaten the apples yet? (question) Yes, I have. I have alreadyeaten the apples. (positive) ‘Already’ goes before the main verb of the sentence.
