Background Of DPRK Nuclear Issue • The nuclear problem of DPRK begins from the beginning of 1990s. • In October 2002, the United States declared that DPRK had already admitted that it had pushed forward the uranium- concentrating plan. • On January 10 in 2003 ,DPRK declared to quit Don't Spread The Nuclear Weapon Treaty .
