  1. Collegiate Middle Level Association Tuesday, February 18th

Chiddix Volunteering this Friday (2/21) • We will be helping out with the middle school showcase. • Watching the younger children at the child care area while parents attend showcase. • Be at Chiddix Junior High NO LATER than 4:15 • Meet at refreshment table in the lobby; look for Michelle Glatt or Lindsey Sherrill. • While some stay to help watch the children, others can check out the middle school showcase. • Kate Metzler • Matt Protz • Kari Pitstick • Erin Christ • Stephanie Davis • Gretchen Schmeisser

  3. How To Get To Chiddix • 300 S. Walnut St. • Normal, IL 61761 • If you are coming from campus, you will want to come in from College Ave. • Turn Right on Walnut St.and Chiddix should be on your Right. • If you pass the church (left side of the road) or the parks (right side) you have gone TOO far!

  4. Parkside Volunteering • Tutorial periods are every day from 2:10-2:57pm. • Math, Science, Reading, and Social Studies • Looking for assistance for two tutorials, twice a week. • Two students twice a week. • This would be a WEEKLY commitment. • Parkside is about two miles away down College Ave. • Great experience with middle schoolers and experience in your endorsements, or a chance to try out other endorsements.   5. Kingsley Jr. High • What topics would you like to have teachers and staff members speak about?

  6. UNIT 5 Background Checks • Who has one? • Take note. • Who will be volunteering at Kingsley with CMLA for various events? • Take note. • Who NEEDS a background check? • Explain Kingsley Program. • Notes emails. • Email to Ms. Eaton • $18 p/ check. • Good for one year.

  7. Dues • $15 per semester • Due at the next meeting • Speak with Kelly or any executive board member if you need to work out a payment plan • Speak with Kelly or any executive board member if you have any questions or concerns
