Contact Details • Class contact is one session per monthDates included in course handbookNOTE: No Group C • Main communication is over email • Always ensure we have current and up to date contact details for you, both e-mail and postal address • Always ensure we know which email address is the preferred one to use • One Tutorial Session

Class Contact • Arrive early • Classes will start on time • Time before the class starts to network with fellow students and possibly recover from the journey to the college in traffic • Attend all sessions! • Make prior alternative arrangements as soon as possible • Lectures & In-class activities • Bring to class… • Take notes!   6. Outside of Class Time • Plan to spend at least about 2-3 hours per week working on research and assignments • Stay ahead with assignments • Submit work promptly or ahead of schedule • Show both your research and personal application/experience • The effort you put in will show!

  7. Assignments • One Formal Report – Solving Problems in the Workplace • Others – Answer questions • Submitted electronically to yini@castlecollege.ac.uk • Read assignments and Criteria Carefully • The effort you put in will be evident • Plagiarism is a crime

  8. Accessibility • Submit work electronically • Use full stops on abbreviations and acronyms • e.g. not eg • I.T. not IT • Use ‘-’ • E-mail • Use a sans-serif font • E.g. Arial not Times New Roman

  9. Assessment Process • Assignments submitted • Tutor marks assignments • IV – Internal Verification with the college • EV – External verification by the Exam Board • Final results submitted • Certificate issued by the Exam Board and posted to students
