Event Tools Events • An event is a single action of any kind • Delivery is an event • Issue Delivery Order is an event • Enter POD is a delivery event • Milestones are events • Departure • Vessel departing is an event • Departure date entry is an event • Date received electronically is an event • Arrival is an event • POD is a transit event as well as a delivery event • Entering POD date is an event • Arrival Note Sent is an event Non Conformance or Exceptions • When an event does not occur or occurs in a specified time frame (KPI) or out of a specific time frame, you can view those within the event tools themselves or separately in the Historical BI (Business Intelligence ) sections.

  3. All charts will drill down to detail. In some cases the “fix” can be performed right at this level (For any CargoWise user or custom build).

  5. Productivity Tables In this case, the tables use the Users code because of space. It can be names, which are seen here at the drill down (next slide).
