  2. OVERVIEW • Earn points throughout the year • June-July • Point totals will equal money for following fiscal year • 50% of total allocations are from the Scoreboard • In order to earn points, clubs must complete the entire process.

  3. Attendance points Fall Officer Training • 3 officers from each club must attend to receive points • 3 points each for maximum of 9 points Spring Officer Training • 1 officer from each club must attend • 3 points Club Sport Meetings • Each club must meet with Shannon/Mike twice each semester. • 3 Points/Meeting Leadership Trainings • Each member who attends receives 3 points First Aid/CPR Certification • Any club member who is certified will earn 10 points with proof of certification.

  4. PAPERWORK POINTS Monthly Activity Reports • 5 points if turned in by third day of each month. Club Meetings • 5 points if minutes are submitted within 1 week of meeting and held twice a semester. End of Semester & End of Year • 5 points Budget Summary • 10 points Constitution • 10 points

  5. TRAVEL POINTS Team will receive 10 points if: • Submit paperwork on time • Schedule & attend post-travel meeting • Report results within 1 week of return

  6. FUNDRAISING POINTS Profit of: $100-499.99: 5 points $500-999.99: 10 points Over $1,000: 20 points • Points will be awarded only if clubs submit all paperwork on time, including the return of funds and inventory items.

  7. COMMUNITY SERVICE POINTS Points will be awarded for the following community service events: Food Drive • 1 point for every pound of food Clothing Drive • 1 point for every 3 pounds of clothes Blood Drive • 1 point for every person of club 5 extra points will be awarded for every 20 “person-hours” completed by a club

  8. RECRUITMENT POINTS • Attendance at both UREC Bash &Club Sports fair will earn each club 10 points. • For every recruit a club gets to sign up at each event, they will earn 1 point for a maximum of 10 points. Extra points will be awarded for additional events: • 5 points awarded to clubs who recruits through different events. (Max. 20 points) • Must inform Shannon/Mike 1 week prior before the event takes place. • 1 point awarded for every club represented at a New Student Orientation. (Max. 15 points)

  9. Support Points • Implemented to encourage support from other clubs, increase awareness and interest around campus. • 1 point will be awarded to every member of a club who attends a game/event. (Max. 10 points) • Must stay for at least 1 half or will not receive any points.

  10. Media Points Implemented to encourage clubs to stay up to date with information and news. Points will be awarded for the following: News • Write and submit 2 newsworthy articles for publication on Newswire. • 15 points Facebook Page • Keep an up to date Facebook page with new posts at least 3 times a week • 15 points Roster • Post current club roster on Facebook • 5 points Schedule • Update schedule throughout the year • 5 points Social Media • Every member of a club who either likes the Club Sports Facebook page, or follows @ARClubSports on Twitter will receive 1 point. (Max. 15 points)

  11. Bonus Points Travel Forms • 100% complete travel for entire year will receive 20 points. • Must travel at least 5 times throughout year to receive points Semester Reports • 100% of semester reports submitted throughout the year will earn 5 points. Monthly Activity Reports • 100% of monthly activity reports will receive 15 points. Leadership Training • If 5 members of a club attend ALL leadership trainings, they will earn their club 15 points.
