What was done by WP3(from last EVO meeting) • SVC implementation is just before completion (CP, Lab GW) • Remote access, Noticeboard+Reservation system, Access to task documents, Supporting Systems • Only dummy authentication is implemented now, we wait for UBE-CH’s Shibboleth integration solution • Extensive testing is necessary • Creation of simulated distributed environment for internal testing • simulates two partner’s labs and CP • http://edinet.cs.vsb.cz/index.php/Internal_Testing_Environment

Nearest Planned WP3 Work • Extensive testing on Internal Testing Platform • to correct as many bugs as possible before real piloting starts • Completion of installation documentation • Input for WP6 • SVC SVN may be made accessible from outside of VSB-CZ now • Suggestion for other partners how to adapt their labs for SVC • only basic ideas, detailed plan is in competence of WP6

Non-WP3 activities • Dissemination • Article about SVC architecture ("ARCHITECTURE OF SEMI-VIRTUAL CAMPUS FOR EDUCATION IN DISTRIBUTED DATA NETWORK LABORATORY“ accepted for ICETA conference • “Integration of Computer Networks Laboratories in Context of European Commission Project Edinet". Seminar Modern Computer Network Technologies and Embedded Systems for Communications (29.5.2008, VSB-TU Ostrava) • 7th Annual Netacad conference, Stará Lesná (SK), 12.-14.6.2008 - Edinet mentioned in Virtlab presentation "Distributed Virtual Networking Laboratory Environment for NetAcad“ • WP2: • Final version of task on BGP route optimization in Edinet format was prepared
