  1. 地 區 扶 輪 基 金 委 員 會 1. 地區年度基金捐獻 (Annual Funds) 2. 未指定用途PHF 700位 ( US $1000 /位) 3. 指定根除小兒麻痺之用途　 50顆以上 ( US $ 1000 /位) （其中30顆指定用途 End Polio， 以支應七地區腳踏車環台捐款目標）

  2. 地 區 扶 輪 基 金 委 員 會 4. 巨額捐獻 ( Major Donor ) 30位 ( US $10,000／位) 5. 增加地區層級之保羅哈理斯協會會員 15位PHS. ( Paul Harris Society ) 凡承諾每年皆捐獻扶輪基金會 （US $1000）或以上者

  3. 地 區 扶 輪 基 金 委 員 會 6. DDF分配: ＊50%－ 地區獎助金（DG）之用（附件甲） ＊50%－ 全球獎助金（GG）之用（附件乙） ＊目前高雄市2個計劃，屏東縣一個計劃，台東分區一個計劃。 (1) 扶輪Baby 高雄1～6分區共60萬元，外加DG 60萬元。 （附件A） (2) 新住民心靈導讀 高雄7～11分區共50萬元，外加DG 50萬 元。（附件B） (3) 屏東文教計劃 屏東1～3分區共40萬元，外加DG 40萬元 （附件C） (4) 台東分區聯合服務計劃 台東分區共40萬元，外加DG 40萬 元 ＊其他原則上以分區為單位，並視各社提出之計劃做分配及 調整。
