  2. PROGRAMA AMPLIADO DE PROTEGIDOS PAP DEFINICION: Es un programa orientado a dar respuesta a las necesidades de intervenciones en salud de alto costo a personas con enfermedades catastróficas, enfocándose en la población de menos ingresos de la República Dominicana.

  5. Nota: En este resumen, han sido omitidos los nombres de los beneficiarios de este programa y solo se muestran las cantidades totales de beneficiaros. Esto es debido a la naturaleza de las enfermedades que son tratadas por este programa como Hepatitis B, VIH, Tuberculosis, Etc. En donde, en la ley 200-04 de libre acceso a la información se consideran dichos datos como información de carácter reservado, por tratarse de información personal y sensible.
