  2. Secondary education takes place in secondary schools and is the stage of education following primary education. In some countries, only primary or basic education is compulsory, but secondary education is included in compulsory education in most countries.

  3. Secondary education in England for children under 16 years old is mandatory. All public and private schools teach children from 11 to 16 years and prepare them to receive GCSE (General Certificate of Secondary Education) - General Certificate of Secondary Education or GNVQ (General National Vocational Qualification).

  4. Children are a special general cycle training on various subjects, which ends an exam Common Entrance Examination. Successful completion of the exam - a prerequisite of admission to high school.
