AGE-FORMAT The carnival consists of 8age groups& they are as follows:- • Group A - 12 to 17 yrs • Group B - 18 to 23 yrs • Group C - 24 to 30yrs • Group D - 31 to 40 yrs • Group E - 40 to 50 yrs • Group F - Above 50 yrs Total no. of winners in Hair :- Best in each main categories(4) X sub categories(3) X age groups(6) = 72 winners Total no. of winners in Make-up:- Best in each main categories(5) X age groups(6) = 30 winners The classification of the participants into so many groups attributes to the factthat, there would be more number of winners in the event.

Marketing & Media Campaign The action plan for the media campaigning & marketing consists of “6” different strategies & effective marketing tools, and they are as follows:- • Print Media • Electronic Media • T.V, FM & Digital Media • Social Networking Media • HR & manpower campaigning • Public Relation Activities

  10. Marketing and Media Campaign • Print Media 1. Newspaper advertisements (i) The event will have advertisements* in the leading daily newspaper(s) of the city. (ii) The advertisements* will be published in both the national & the regional editions. 2. Outdoor branding & advertisements (i) Event Brochures/Posters (ii) Leaflets/Pamphlets/Flyers (iii) Banners/Hoardings/Signages 3.Tabloids/Journals/Magazines*

Marketing and Media Campaign • Electronic Media • E-mails : e-mails will be mailed to 5,000 subscribers & internet users describing the content of the event. • Search Engine Marketing: Gaining maximum amount of hits & visibilitythrough tie upsand advertisementswith thesearch engines. • SMSes: They will be sent to 5,000 subscribers & mobile users.

Marketing and Media Campaign • Electronic Media • Internet: The event website will be updated constantly with news about event, and will be displaying the press releases, that the event would be having. • Online Media: The event Ads will be displayed on our online media partner’s website. Advertisements will also be carried out on some targeted third party website(s).

  13. Marketing and Media Campaign • T.V, FM & Digital Media 1. T.V NEWS partner: XYZ News correspondents will cover the event. 2. Radio Partner: My FM/94.3 FM will be the radio partner of the event. 3. AIR Promotions: Event will receive 10,000 Seconds of promotion on AIR by our radio partner. 4. Digital TV partner: FastWay DIGITAL TV is the local TV network partner.

Marketing and Media Campaign • Social Networking Media: The event would be extensively & widely promoted through popular social networking sites like:- Orkut, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. • Social Networking Mobile Applications: The event would be promoted through mobile apps as:- WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, ChatOn, etc.

Marketing and Media Campaign • HR & manpower campaigning 1.Direct mailing:The event brandingscarrying your company logo will be mailed(both electronic copy and the print copy) out to the target audience mentioned in the document. 2. 10,00,000 leaflets/flyers will be properly circulated through different newspaper distribution network(s). 3. Event leaflets will be mailed to the members of the most eliteclubsof theTricity, which includesChandigarh Club, Panchkula Club, Mohali Club and others.

Press Conferences: Two press conferences will be held – pre event & post event. 3. All other sorts of PR activities will be carried out by the team members of Star Glitzz International such as :- (a) Inviting the Chief Guests, Guests of Honors, socialites, VIPs/VVIPs, and other honoraries / dignitaries. (b) Inviting & finalizing the Judging panel/Jury. (c) Leafleting/Pamphleting & Canopy activities

The hair n Makeup Carnival 2014, Chandigarh 2.Opening and closing ceremony :- Platinum class sponsor will be mentioned at the opening and closing ceremony of the event. 3. Member in the judging panel of the event :- The platinum class sponsor will have theright toselector nominate a representative to includeinthe judging panel.

Main Banner :- The sponsor’s logotype will be printed on the event backdrop. 5.Logo on organizing team T-shirts :- The logotype is displayed on the front side of the T-shirts. 6.Own banners :- The sponsor will have a reserved space for 7own banners in the venueas officialsponsor.Sizeandlocationwillbe determined. 7. Internet :- Sponsor will have its logo or banner & status of platinum sponsor on the first page of the event website The Hair n Make-Up Carnival, (http://thehairnmakeupcarnival.com),with a link to its own website. 8. Event ads will be promoted in social media network.

PLATINUM Sponsorship (Rs.7,00,000/-) 9.Promotional opportunities to build brand awareness and loyalty through presence on :- ( a ) Banners ( b ) Invitations ( c ) Posters ( d ) Flyers ( e ) Organizing team badges 10.“7”no's of Entry/VIP passes will be allotted to the sponsor. 11. Access to complete database of all participants. 12. Mention in the media coverage. 13. Logotype printed in ads coming in latest issue of our print media partner.

Opening and closing ceremony :- The silver class sponsor will be mentioned at the opening and closing ceremony of the event. 2. Main Banner :- The sponsor’s logotype will be printed on the event backdrop. 3.Logo on organizing team T-shirts :- The logotype is displayed on the front side of the T-shirts.

  28. SILVERSponsorships (Rs. 1,00,000/-) 7. Internet:- Thesponsor willhaveit’slogoor bannerand the status of silver sponsor on the first page of the event website, http://thehairnmakeupcarnival.com, with a link to the sponsor’sown website. 8. “2”no's of Entry/VIP passes will be allotted to the sponsor. 9. Logotype printed in ads coming in latest issue of our print media partner.

  29. Financial Terms and Conditions The Terms and Conditions are as follows :- 1. For Star, Platinum and Gold Sponsors, 50% of the payment should be done at the time of booking and the rest 50% of the payment must be done 3weeks prior to the event. 2. For Silver Sponsors,100% payment should be done at the time of booking. 3. All the payments to be done by DD or cheque in the name of Star Glitzz International.
