  1. JVM-2 Jeko-1 C P E C P E p-Akt Ser(473) Akt Figure S5. ATL incubation inhibits Akt in JVM-2 and Jeko-1 cells. Cells were untreated (C) or treated with 10 µM perifosine (P) or edelfosine (E), and analyzed by immunoblotting for Ser473 p-Akt and Akt protein levels (SDS-12% polyacrylamide gels) after 6-h incubation. Representative blots of three separate experiments are shown.
