  1. LIVING ROOM A living room, also known as a lounge room (Australian English[1]), lounge (British English[2]), sitting room (British English[3]), or drawing-room in Western architecture, is a room in a residential house or apartment for relaxing and socializing. When a room is near the main entrance in the front of the house, it is commonly referred to as a front room. A sitting room, such as the Queens' Sitting Room and the Lincoln Sitting Room of the White House, is a modest private living area adjacent to a bedroom in large, formal residences. [4] The living room was dubbed the "death room" after World War I because it was the least used room in the house. [5] The phrase "living room" was first used in the late 1800s or early 1900s.

  2. DINING ROOM A dining room is a place where people gather to eat. The dining room has traditionally been outfitted with a large dining table and a number of dining chairs; the most frequent configuration is rectangular, with two armed end chairs and an even number of unarmed side chairs along the long sides.

  3. BEDROOM A bedroom is a room in a house or apartment that is mostly used for sleeping. A typical western bedroom has one or two beds (varying in size from a crib for an infant to a full, double, queen, king, or California king [eastern or waterbed size for a couple]), a clothing closet, and a bedside table and dressing table, all of which usually have drawers. Except in bungalows, ranch style homes, and one-story motels, bedrooms are normally located on one of the upper floors of a home.

  4. FALSE CEILING On suspended supports, a false ceiling is installed beneath the roof slab. The false ceiling is typically used for temperature management (heat insulation for air conditioners), lighting installation, and the concealment of electrical and other networking connections as well as an unsightly or excessively high ceiling. In both residential and commercial settings, a false ceiling is an example of modern building and architecture.

  5. KITCHEN Restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, hospitals, educational and workplace facilities, army barracks, and similar enterprises all have commercial kitchens. In comparison to a home kitchen, these kitchens are often larger and outfitted with larger and more heavy-duty equipment. A major restaurant, for example, might have a large walk- in refrigerator and a large commercial dishwasher. Commercial kitchen equipment, such as commercial sinks, is sometimes employed in domestic settings since it is easy to use for food preparation and has a long lifespan.
