  2. The Purpose of the Committee Is To: • Facilitate dispute resolution in a fair, impartial, efficient and expeditious manner. • Review the dispute resolution process and procedures and recommend changes to the board.

  4. Organizational MeetingMarch 20/21, 2006 Phoenix, Arizona • Introduction of membership • Review DRC charter • Overview and discussion of DRP procedures • DRP and the board’s strategic plan

  5. Discussion Results • Identified need for: - Outline of general DRP procedures - Detailed checklist for complaint and answer • Areas of concern: - Proving good faith - Time restraints for filing - Recusal

  6. Dispute Resolution Committee Action Plan: • Monthly conference calls to be held. • Finalize updated forms • IFTA Inc. new website will provide a secure message board for committee members to access dispute documents. • Review impact of potential changes to the DRP
